The level of intensity during your horizontal polka is only two thirds that of what you’d be exerting on the treadmill. That gives sex the potential of not only being an easier workout but also clearly much more pleasurable.

Basically, all you have to do is last as long as you possibly can. If you can manage to hump long enough, you’re going to be burning more calories than you would during your jog. It’s just science. You can try thinking about baseball or whatever works for you to keep your game going for as long as possible.

Set an entire day aside where you can spend the whole thing in bed. Stock up on water and healthy snacks and just bang away the hours. It worked for the heaviest woman in the world.

It consists of 5 meals per day and should be tailored based on your specific nutritional needs.

Meal 1: 1C oatmeal, 1C blueberries, 1 scoop whey protein

Meal 2: 225g of egg whites, 200g brown rice, 1C spinach

Meal 3: 200g chicken, 1C spinach

Meal 4: 1 scoop whey protein, 1Tbsp peanut butter

Meal 5: Spinach salad, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, 8oz white fish

I know, it sounds super boring, but you get one cheat meal per week during the weekend. Go to town if you’d like!
